At 8’o clock the first special stage of “Halls Winter Rally 2012” has started. Twelve overall special stages wait for the crews during the rally. Results online can be followed at: www.rally-live.lt. Rally radio “Radiocentras” is 101 MHz in Utena. Live broadcasting on internet is available at: www.rc.lt.
